Return and Refund Policy

Scope

This return policy applies exclusively to merchandise purchased through our online shop. Event tickets are excluded from the right of withdrawal pursuant to § 18(1)(10) FAGG (Austrian Distance and Off-Premises Contracts Act).

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from your merchandise purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period begins on the day you or a designated third party (other than the carrier) receives the goods.

Refund

Upon valid withdrawal, we will refund all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice. The refund will be issued using the same payment method as the original transaction unless explicitly agreed otherwise. We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or proof of return shipment.

Return Conditions

• Items must be returned within 14 days of the withdrawal notice
• The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14-day period expires
• You bear the direct cost of returning the goods
• Items must be returned in their original, unused condition
• Loss of value only applies if damage results from handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the goods
